A COVID-19 Pandemic Sustainable Educational Innovation Management Proposal Framework

The COVID-19 pandemic has promoted a big change in the educational sector. Suddenly, teachers, professors, and students had to migrate from presential classes online system without prior notice or training course. This paper aimed verify how need of rapid response impossibility keeping due mandatory social distancing imposed by affected relationships performance students, as well review technologies procedures adopted them innovate achieve sustainable education. To address empirical side this exploratory research, authors sent an email questionnaire kindergarten, elementary high school teachers City Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), professors top 197 Brazilian universities. theoretical investigation was carried out through scientific databases. data were analyzed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences), version 22.0, Microsoft Excel 2007. As result, showed that isolation transition greatly work conditions learning process students. Anyway, actions taken overcome these challenges. Furthermore, proposed framework might support development new studies, filling literature gap on subject.
